Nice hotel, nice - real- breakfast, very convenient to our destination (family) & across the street from a terrific coffee shop: Nervous Dog. Staff was very helpful in moving us after a first night when pounding noise - source still not determined - kept us awake most of the night.

Very comfortable. Very quiet, which is what I was seeking. Room was very clean. Bathtub was spotless, which is so surprising for any hotel. Shower and bath were well appointed. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice workout room, better breakfast than most hotels, very nice fixtures and furniture, spotless cleanliness, friendly staff; essentially, everything was first rate

Location is good for quick access to Cleveland downtown. Just far enough out of the way to be quiet and just close enough to be in the city center within 30 minutes. Location provided access to good dining and nightlife.

We arrived a little early, but we were able to check in, so that we could get to our family function sooner. We appreciated this. The front desk staff was great. The beds were comfortable and and the bathroom was roomy. Breakfast and coffee hit the spot.

Front desk clerk was very pleasant. Room was very clean and shower was roomy. We loved the 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast was a nice variety and very clean. Location was close to restaurants and the Cuyahoga valley park.
